All bookings in the hall are displayed on the Events Calendar; which shows the area(s) booked and the period of the booking – please see codes below:
- MH – Main Hall
- MHK – Main Hall with use of the Kitchen
- JR – Jessop Room
- JRK – Jessop Room with use of the Kitchen
- WH – Whole Hall (Main Hall, Jessop Room and Kitchen)
To make a Booking: You can either use our Contact Form, or email our Booking Clerk direct on email@example.com, or alternatively text him on 07807 566990. The Booking Clerk will endeavour to respond to your enquiry/booking request within 2 working days.
Once you have outlined your booking requirements to the Booking Clerk, a provisional booking will be made in the halls Events Calendar and you will be sent a Booking Form to complete, along with a copy of the halls Conditions of Hire, Fire Safety Policy and other supporting documents to read. Having read the Conditions of Hire, if you are happy to confirm your booking, you should complete and sign the Booking Form and return it to the Booking Clerk either via post/hand with a cheque for the deposit, or via email from your your own email account with details of your BACS Payment for the deposit. Please note, your booking is NOT secure until your completed Booking Form and deposit are received, and you should also be aware that your provisional booking is only guarenteed for 14 days from the date you made it.
Once your completed Booking Form and deposit have been received, the Booking Clerk will send you an Invoice to confirm the booking and receipt of your deposit along with details of the balance outstanding.
